If you are an exporter of company that has overseas clients or customers then we can help you lower your call costs. Yesterday we attended the UPRISE Festival in the Dublin’s RDS and took the nice Lotus Exige sports. It is driven by Lloyd Spendlove and sponsor it every year. But that wasn’t the star of the show, that our new web-phone the Babelfi, which launched at event.

Most customers access our numbers with a VoIP handset, also know as a SIP phone. However, a lot of customers also use a softphone, either as their main phone or in addition to a handset.
All Goldfish customers get a free 3CX softphone for each user on their accounts. There is a preconfigured download in the MyGoldfish Control Panel. It comes pre-configured to the account with the SIP ID and user name already included.
The 3CX can used independently to answer or make calls via your Goldfish number or it can be used alongside our Grandstream handsets and the GSWave app. If you have handset, app and softphone confguredm then if you receive a call they will all ring at the same time.
Our latest wonder of the week brings back images of white suits and screaming girls. But since his boy band heyday, Keith Duffy, Ireland’s favourite member of Boy Zone (sorry Ronan) has moved into the world of tyres with Tyreland.
