Wicklow-based business VoIP provider Goldfish.ie has won contracts to provide telephony services for app developer Feed Henry and the Digital Marketing Institute in Dublin.
Goldfish.ie’s existing client base includes IDG Direct, University of Limerick’s Nexus Innovation Centre amd construction firm John Sisk & Son.

Our new clients at the University of Limerick’s Nexus Innovation Centre (NIC), got local coverage in today’s Limerick Leader newspaper. The NIC is an incubation centre which supports start-up companies that emanate from ideas fostered at the University.
Communications service provider Goldfish.ie has been signed up to provide telecoms services to eight start-up firms located at the Nexus Innovation Centre, at the University of Limerick.
Goldfish.ie provides instant access to cloud-based telecommunications for business customers, with additional services not available from traditional telecoms suppliers.
Goldfish is an ‘approved telecoms supplier’ at the Nexus, which opened in 2011. The Centre provides accommodation for new firms that are believed to have high potential for growth. Tenants range from IT companies, to those in digital marketing, management consulting, healthcare technology, and aircraft protection.
Goldfish.ie ‘s founder Gordon O’Neill was interviewed by Padraic Marren about the company’s voip telephone service on weekly business show The Business Eye on Dublin South FM.
Gordon outlined how voip technology is lowering telephone costs for businesses and providin additional services that are not available via traditional telecoms providers

“Wicklow-based firm Goldfish.ie has signed a €100,000 deal to provide telecoms technology to an international technology media firm. As part of the arrangement the Wicklow firm will service a 100-person contact centre in Dublin for tech media specialists IDG Direct. Goldfish.ie which was launched in Bray in 2010, provides state-of-the-art telephony services to Irish businesses. The company’s technology is now being used to make 15,000 calls a day to over 100 countries. The company has grown its client base to include construction companies, store card providers to shopping executive search firms. Goldfish.ie’s primary voice servers are all located at its Dublin data centre. The company also has servers in data centres in the UK and Germany.”
